Login as a user who has access to LandingAdmin.
From the Home page of the Extranet User Manager under Users click Search User or click Search then Users from the menu.
Enter any filter criteria that will allow us to easily find the desired user in the result set and click Search.
In the results table, find the user you wish to update and click the Edit link under the Options column.
This will open the user details for the desired user.
Update the required information and click Update.
Note: When updating the "Username" field for an Active account, it is recommended that you follow these steps:
* Warning: the user will receive a new Welcome Email for them to set their password, so it is best to notify the user prior to updating their username. *
- Set the user status to Deactivated, and click Update.
- Update the Username field to the desired username, and click Update.
- Update the status to Active and click Update.
