Impersonation is available in EUM version 4.1.7073.2 onwards.
Privileged users may be able to login as another user. Typically this is done by administrators who need to access applications in exactly the same way as another user who is reporting problems or needing assistance.
To use this feature, the administrator will select the Login via Email option and when presented with the Email box they enter two email addresses separated by a “>” character. For example, if the administrator email is “admin@mycompany.com” and the email of the user they wish to impersonate is “someuser@mycompany.com” the administrator will enter “admin@mycompany.com>someuser@mycompany.com” into the email field.
The login process for the administrator will continue as usual (including any required Multi-Factor Authentication or other steps). At the end of the login process, until sign-out the Administrator will be operating as the second account.
