Upgrading Domain Controller to Windows Server 2019 and pointing EUM at the new Domain Controllers may cause exceptions. This is due to a bug with Server 2019.
In this situation Microsoft's recommendation is to update the Server 2019 with the latest OS patches.
If it does not work, roll back to the old server until a public patch is released. Their estimate is approximately 2 months until this would be available.
According to their documentation, Server 2019 supports the LDAP_MATCHING_RULE_TRANSITIVE_EVAL Extensible Match rule, and since this is a known bug with Server 2019, we recommend to follow the Microsoft recommendations.
