Extranet User Manager (EUM) SPFX webpart is built to be deployed directly on a SharePoint Online site. This enables Group Owners in EUM to add, edit and remove users from groups without leaving SharePoint. In order for the webpart to be added to the SharePoint page, the EUM Group must have a Site URL which can be defined within the Group Details within EUM Admin. If you have more than one group assigned to a site, the webparts will stack on top of one another separating each group.
Below is an example of a Group Owner’s view of the webpart:
Group Owners are able to;
- Add Users – Both existing and new external users
- Multi Select Users
- Email users
- Edit User Profile Information and Status
- Approve/Reject pending members if there is approval on the group
- Access a registration link to enable other users to self register
- Access EUM Admin Group details to edit other information about the group
Below is an example of a Group Member’s view of the webpart:
Group Members are able to:
- Multi Select and email members of the same group
- Copy and share the Registration link for the Group for other Group members who require access
Group members will only see Groups for which they are a member of. If there are multiple groups with permissions on a site, only Group Owners will be able to view the multiple groups. If there are concerns about users seeing other users within the same group, you can use the below configuration options of the webpart to restrict what Group Members are able to see.
The following is a list of configuration options available within the SPFx Group Members Webpart:
