Add a Group Rollup Image

A Group Rollup Image is the image that appears in the EUM Portal Home Page Groups Rollup for a group.

If you have an image downloaded, please follow the below steps to publish a Group Rollup Image:

1. Login to EUM Config site as an Admin. Please refer to the related article to find out how to find the EUM Config site: Finding the EUM Config SharePoint site.
2. Under Publisher, click Images
   
3. Upload the image you want to setup as the Group rollup Image for a group here.
4. Wait for a few minutes (maximum 15 minutes) till the full Published URL is created for the uploaded image. A full Published URL will end with the image type.
5. Select the Image, go to the Detailed Properties, and copy the Published URL
   
6. Navigate to EUM Admin and login and search for the group which will have this rollup image
7. Click on the Search Result to go to the desired Group's Detailed page
8. Paste the previously copied Published URL in the Group Rollup Image field of the Group Details tab in the Group Details page. Make sure that the image is displayed above that field.
9. Click Save
   
10. Navigate to the EUM Portal and wait for a few minutes (maximum 15 minutes), and refresh the Home page. The group for which the rollup image was added, would display the image.
    

Please note that the image will be automatically resized by EUM, so the size of the image uploaded would not matter.
