Setup Public Groups Display Order

The order in which the Public Groups are displayed in EUM Portal can be controlled by setting up Group Order for the Groups within EUM Admin.

In the below screenshot, there are two Public Groups in the EUM Portal, and the Groups are ordered as Learners and Trainers.

However, if you would want to control the order the Groups are displayed, you can follow the below steps to have the Groups displayed in the order of Trainers and Learners

1. Login to EUM Admin with a role so you can edit the Groups. This could be a Global Admin, Group Admin, EUM Administrator, EUM Manager, Group Creator who created both these groups, or Group Owner who owns both these groups.
2. Search for the Group you want to appear on top of the list and go to the Group Details page. In this case it is the Trainers
3. Put in "1" in the Group Order field, and click Save
   
4. Search for the Group you want to appear on second spot of the list and go to the Group Details page. In this case it is the Learners
5. Put in "2" in the Group Order field, and click Save
   
6. Repeat the process to order all the Public Groups. In this case there were no other groups, so we will stop.
7. The EUM Portal will reflect the changes after the Publisher runs, The Publisher runs every 15 minutes
