Number of External Users for EUM License

Whenever an External User is made a member of EUM Group, and if within the validity of the EUM License that user logs in to anything using that EUM Group, that User is considered an Active EUM User in terms of EUM Usage.

Making the External User a member of a EUM Group could be done manually by Admin or by self registration that automatically places the self registered External Users in EUM Groups.
